1. SHIPPING STANDARD FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Usually Standard Shipping orders are shipped using UPS Mail, YunExpress.

For Express Shipping orders, usually use Fedex, DHL or local express logistics delivery (only support some Australia regions), and the specific required fees will be automatically calculated and notified by the system before the order is settled, and you can choose according to own needs.

After you pay successfully, we will ship the goods after 24 hours so that you can add products and cancel orders.

2. PRICING STANDARD FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The charging standard for international orders on LDOBL adopts the segmented charging standard based on the actual weight of the package, which includes the actual weight of goods plus packaging materials and other consumables. The weight is measured using the Metric Weight.

The weight-based pricing standard is uniformly determined by shipping companies such as UPS Mail, YunExpress, and others, and we do not provide any interpretations for it. 3. SHIPPING TIME STANDARD FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

In Australia, standard delivery by LDOBL typically takes within 7 business days. For remote areas, delivery usually takes within 15 business days.

For delivery delays or even loss of goods caused by force majeure, we will apply for compensation from the relevant carrier for you, and the carrier will be fully responsible. The postal service is out of our control, therefore we do not make any guarantees for it, nor do we assume any compensation or other risks related thereto. 4. DIFFERENT WAREHOUSE TRANSFER

Because LDOBL has multiple warehouses around the world, some products are out of stock in local warehouses and need to be deployed from other warehouses or production locations, but please rest assured that this will not waste your precious time, usually we will The deployment will be completed within 3 working days, which will not delay your waiting time for the goods.

Note: If you need to cancel the order, please still cancel the order within 24 hours after payment is completed. Even if it is transshipped from a different warehouse, it is still considered "Delivery has started" and the order cannot be cancelled.

5. MULTIPLE PACKAGE DELIVERY

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages m to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! This is a normal phenomenon and there is no need to worry.

6. RECEIVE ORDER TRACKING NUMBER

You will receive a shipping tracking number for your order 24 hours after payment is completed.

We provide a tracking number with each order so you can check where your product has been shipped.

7. DON'T FILL IN ADDRESSES THAT ARE RARELY USED

At checkout you can specify a safe location for your parcel to be left in should you not be at home to receive it.

When packages are damaged or lost during the handover to the domestic postal service in Australia after clearing customs, LDOBL will provide you with the corresponding name and telephone information of Australia domestic postal company for you to file a claim. However, LDOBL cannot make any commitments or guarantees regarding this matter.

Once an order is dispatched, the shipping fees has been paid to the postal carrier and cannot be refunded. We will make every effort to assist you in filing claims with the carrier.

8. WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information.

Important Note: The wrong address can only be changed within 24 hours after your payment is completed. Once the tracking number is generated, it means that the delivery of the goods has started, and the address of the goods that are already in transit cannot be corrected.

9. ABOUT CANCELING AN ORDER

You can cancel the order within 24 hours of completing the order.
